Damaged Books In Shipment: Any item damaged in shipment, please e-mail us photos ([email protected]). Customer pays for replacement postage.

Specific Books: We will refund the full purchase price* for Managers of Their Homes if it (including the shrink-wrapped Scheduling Kit) is returned within 30 days via prepaid, insured media mail in new condition (for example, no scratches, no bent corners. etc.). If the book shows any damage or the Scheduling Kit’s shrink-wrap has been opened, we will reserve the right to refund significantly less.

We will refund the full purchase price* for Managers of Their Chores if it is returned within 30 days via prepaid, insured media mail in new condition (for example, no scratches, no bent corners, etc.). If the book and/or the ChorePack Kit components show any damage, we will reserve the right to refund significantly less proportionate to the damage incurred. Please notice the great care we take to protect the book and kit in shipping. It takes that degree of careful packing to prevent damage.

If you are going to return the book, PLEASE package it in a fashion similar to the way you received it, or it will likely be damaged. Truly, we are happy to give you a full refund* if nothing is damaged. If you want a full refund for the book and kit, help us by making sure it comes back undamaged.

Packaging special note for return shipment: All books are easily damaged in shipment, and especially spiral bound books. We take great care to package books so they won’t be damaged in shipment to you. Books will be damaged if not secured to prevent movement within the box. We suggest wrapping it/them in stretch film such as kitchen Saran Wrap prior to placing books in the box. Lay the book(s) flat in the box and place enough packing material that it is difficult to close the box. Then you know it is tight inside and little movement will occur in shipment.

Products in General: We will refund the full purchase price* for our other products (excluding Managers of Their Homes and Managers of Their Chores and Simple Faith CD as noted above and below) if they are returned within 30 days via prepaid, insured media mail in new condition. If you return a product within 30 days and it is damaged, the refund will be reduced.

Simple Faith–Trust and Obey CD: We will not refund the CD if the plastic wrap has been opened.

Downloads: Downloads are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Any returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Items in a special: If you return one or more items from a special, and keep the other items, the remaining items will be at their normal price when we calculate a refund.

* Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded at any time. If there were no shipping and handling fees paid due to a “special” (i.e. free shipping or reduced shipping), those fees will be deducted from the refund.

Special Notes to Homeschool Groups or Churches:
If you purchased the Managers of Their Homes and/or Managers of Their Chores books to be included in your library, please contact us. The Scheduling Kit and chore materials are copyrighted, and so they’re not conducive to libraries. We strongly encourage you to remove the Scheduling Kit and chore forms from the book prior to putting it on the shelf.
